Lysochiton americanus, also known as the Western sunk cabbage, along the stream bank in Jubilee Wood 🌞🍃

These interesting looking plants thrive in deep rich mud making them perfect for woodland or boggy gardens. Their lovely bold yellow arums are quite spectacular in spring!

We’re loving Magnolia season this year. After a long hard winter in lockdown, seeing their blossoms arrive has been an even bigger joy than usual 🌸✨

Here we have two beautiful Magnolia trees by Bishop Rudd’s Walk taken by Nigel McCall last week. Don’t they look wonderful!
