Meeting Room Hire ~ The Jill Walters Suite

The Jill Walters Suite is situated in the west wing of the Mansion and comprises of a meeting room and adjacent entrance lobby where tea and coffee can be served. The meeting room overlooks the Cloister Garden and has a door directly to the Ninfarium, the indoor sub-tropical garden in the heart of the Mansion.

The meeting room can accommodate up to up to 17 in conference style and 25 in theatre style. Open and free Wi-Fi is available in the Mansion and there are toilets a short walk away through the Ninfarium.

The fee for hiring the suite is £60 per half day or £120 for a full day (VAT not applicable).

Optional tea and coffee is available at a rate of £1.40 per person (plus VAT).

Hospitality

From award ceremonies and banquets, to christenings and bar mitzvahs, Aberglasney makes a beautiful venue for a celebration. 

Options include the use of the Tearoom and/or the Tearooms terrace or the setting up of a marquees. Occasionally, the Mansion can be used as a venue ~ availability depends on art and craft exhibitions.

The Team in Aberglasney's Tearooms would be pleased to devise bespoke catering solutions. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring in outside caterers.
